Rules of Free Music

The accompanying music was written by Michael Radtke. He reserves all rights to it.

You may copy it and distribute it provided that you adhere to the following (which I call Rules of Free Music:

1. No money or monetary benefit can occur in any distributive process involving my music without written permission. This means that you can make copies of the music and give it out but your finances are not effected. You cannnot profit, charge or trade (even for the cost of a burned CD or DVD or telephony connection).  Use of this music for promotion of anything and/or anyone is considered monetary benefit and therefore not permitted without written permission.  These rules apply to the musical compositions, their audio renderings, and all derivitive works . 

2.You must include my name as author of the work if the medium permits identification. 

3.These Rules of Free Music must accompany the distribution.
